Job Summary
Production Planning & control & change overs To ensure weekly & monthly adherence of firm plan with production plan & ensuring corrective action for any variances due to material & manpower issues over Line. To minimize product & SKU change over time across all lines. To minimize the wastage of RM & PM Wastage control of Blend & Packing materials within norms To entry our daily basis of our production, blending in the EBA/ERP System Familiar with Basic ERP software application of production Module & can handle daily entries & production reports . Implementation of safety controlling measures to ensure zero fatality Training & Awarness to workmen, Recording Near miss/Unsafe act & Unsafe condition. Machine Maintenance To carry out preventive & corrective maintenance as per schedule & to keep all machine asset in order & upkeep condition. Recording of online machine wise downtime . Finished Goods Bar-coding To conduct bar-code Track & Trace system activities as per respective state excise norms. Familiar with bar-coding & scanning activities.
